To retain paid users, I designed contextual nudges that showed up naturally in the user lifecycle. I focused on low-disruptive badging system and emphasizing impact with subscription usage data.
One strategy secured into active work stream and the other gained PM buys in, targeting 20K-subscriber churn reduction.

To drive engagement and improve financial literacy for K–12 students, I designed an interactive game that teaches core concepts through gameplay. Instead of static content, I translated financial concepts into intuitive visualizations, tying progress to wealth-building and city growth.
Concept work for Nathan Nguyen, serial entrepreneur, educator, best-selling author, and game creator.
